Lulu

Lulu is helpful, calm, and concerned about the safety of her community. She participates in the villagers' appeal to Fairy Tail but is less confrontational than Moka when the mages investigate the supposed curse.

After Gray is injured during the conflict surrounding Deliora, Lulu is the villager who greets him when he wakes and explains that everyone has been moved to safety following the attack on the settlement.

Her limited appearances suggest a cooperative member of the community rather than one of the villagers directing events.

Lulu possesses Transformation Magic. Like every native Demon of Galuna Island, she can transform herself into a human appearance. The villagers temporarily forget this fact and mistakenly interpret their natural Demon bodies as a curse.

She can also manifest wings and fly, another natural ability shared among the island's Demons.

Lulu is not shown using her abilities in sustained combat, and no unique offensive spell is established for her.

Lulu first appears among the villagers when Fairy Tail reaches Galuna Island. After Moka asks everyone to reveal their supposed symptoms, Lulu displays one of the demonic features the residents believe has been caused by the moon.

As the investigation continues, she assists around the settlement. When Gray wakes following his confrontation with Lyon Vastia, Lulu informs him that the villagers survived an attack thanks to his companions and are waiting nearby.

The conclusion of the mission reveals that Lulu and the others were never humans being transformed into Demons. They were Demons whose natural Transformation Magic allowed them to become human, while the Moon Drip veil had confused their memories.

After the incident, Lulu is later seen maintaining friendly contact with Fairy Tail, including attending one of the guild's performances in human form in anime material.

Moka is Lulu's village chief and the person who speaks for Galuna Island when Fairy Tail arrives.

Bobo is a fellow Galuna Island resident whose earlier disappearance is central to the villagers' misunderstanding of the supposed curse.

Gray Fullbuster is cared for by Lulu after recovering from injuries sustained during the Galuna Island conflict.

Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, and Happy are among the Fairy Tail members who help restore the villagers' memories and end their fear of the moon.
