Kae Sakanoue

Sakanoue is loyal to Jakago and reacts immediately when she believes her president is in danger. Her attempt to attack Sukinasaki demonstrates that loyalty even though she does not understand the full extent of Sukinasaki's ability.

Her anime appearances also show a somewhat timid side. When Fude Ezumachi changes the hallway floor to red, Sakanoue compares it to a red carpet but becomes afraid to walk across it.

Beyond these moments, Sakanoue receives limited independent characterization.

Gamble Dog is Sakanoue's Abnormality and is described as an ability that manipulates miracles.

The exact operational rules and limits of Gamble Dog are not demonstrated in her principal manga appearance. Sakanoue is defeated before she has an opportunity to use it against Kumagawa.

Her status as an Abnormal nevertheless places her among Suisou Academy's superhuman Student Council members rather than its ordinary students.

Sakanoue is present in the Student Council office when Kumagawa arrives at Suisou Academy. She witnesses Jakago demonstrate Aero Biker while the council considers the problems surrounding the new student.

When Sukinasaki turns Error Message Plate against Jakago, Sakanoue attempts to attack her. Sukinasaki takes control of Sakanoue before she can protect the president.

Sakanoue later joins the council in surrounding Kumagawa. She becomes confused when trying to remember the reason for the attack and is defeated alongside the other members before Gamble Dog can be demonstrated.

Aki Jakago is Sakanoue's president, and Sakanoue responds aggressively when she believes Jakago has been attacked.

Saki Sukinasaki becomes Sakanoue's opponent. Saki uses Error Message Plate to take control of Sakanoue when she attempts to intervene.

Misogi Kumagawa is the disruptive new student around whom much of the council's conflict develops. Sakanoue is later defeated by Kumagawa with the other Student Council members.

Iya Renpei serves alongside Sakanoue as vice-president of the Suisou Student Council.

Fude Ezumachi's later color changes around Suisou Academy provoke Sakanoue's alarm at the newly red hallway floors.
