Iya Renpei

Renpei is loyal to Jakago and reacts quickly when she believes the president is threatened. When Sukinasaki turns her ability against Jakago, Renpei prepares to attack rather than remaining a passive observer.

She is also cautious about Kumagawa from the beginning. Renpei questions whether the Student Council should eliminate the problem he represents before he has an opportunity to destabilize the school.

The anime gives her a lighter moment when Fude Ezumachi's color manipulation turns the tap water orange and Renpei compares it to Ehime Prefecture, only for the other students to reject the comparison.

Zapping Study is an Abnormality that manipulates knowledge. Renpei can use it to reduce a target's intelligence, making intellectual capacity itself vulnerable to her interference.

Supplementary material establishes that Zapping Study can also reverse the effects of drugs designed to increase intelligence.

Renpei is additionally shown carrying a pair of stick-like weapons during a later confrontation, although their exact function and whether they are part of her ordinary equipment are not established.

Renpei is present in the Suisou Student Council office when Kumagawa arrives. She watches Jakago demonstrate Aero Biker on Sukinasaki and questions whether Kumagawa should be dealt with before he creates further problems.

When Sukinasaki uses Error Message Plate on Jakago, Renpei attempts to intervene. Sukinasaki takes control of Renpei instead, preventing her from protecting the president.

Later, the Student Council surrounds Kumagawa in an empty classroom. Renpei and the other council members become confused about why they are attacking him and are defeated before Renpei can demonstrate Zapping Study. She is later controlled by Sukinasaki again when the former council and other students surround Kumagawa.

Aki Jakago is Renpei's president, and Renpei displays strong loyalty toward her when the Student Council is threatened.

Saki Sukinasaki becomes an enemy of the council. Saki uses Error Message Plate to control Renpei and turn her against others.

Misogi Kumagawa immediately concerns Renpei when he arrives at Suisou Academy. Renpei later confronts Kumagawa with the rest of the council but is defeated before using her Abnormality.

Kae Sakanoue is a fellow Suisou Student Council officer who participates in the same confrontations.

Fude Ezumachi later returns to Suisou Academy and uses his color-manipulating ability throughout the school, prompting Renpei's reaction to the orange tap water.
