Junjun

Junjun is intensely loyal to Kouha and appears to have romantic feelings for him. She fusses over his clothes and appearance, seeks his praise and dislikes being separated from him. When Kouha announces that he intends to leave his three magicians behind at Magnostadt while returning to Kou, Junjun openly cries until he comforts her.

She is otherwise relatively quiet. Her devotion also includes an unusual willingness to accept Kouha's rough treatment, sometimes actively asking him to hit or praise her.

Beneath this behavior is significant insecurity about the physical changes caused by the experiments performed on her. Junjun describes her altered body negatively and believes that an ordinary man would not accept her, helping explain why Kouha's acceptance carries such weight for her.

Junjun is an artificial magician whose abilities were produced through experimentation and the use of magic tools. The process altered her body, but canon does not establish the full range of changes or magical techniques available to her.

Her confirmed specialty is Strength Magic. Together with Jinjin and Reirei, she can transfer force into Kouha's Metal Vessel when his Magoi is depleted, supporting his use of Leraje during the battle at Magnostadt.

She is therefore primarily a magical support specialist rather than an independently showcased combatant.

Junjun was subjected to experiments intended to manufacture magicians. She, Jinjin and Reirei were regarded as failed products after the procedures changed their bodies and were subsequently abandoned. Kouha found the three, treated their injuries, clothed them and recruited them into his service.

She later accompanies Kouha and Aladdin toward Magnostadt. After Kouha returns temporarily to Kou following the emperor's death, Junjun and the other two remain behind and gather intelligence that becomes valuable when the Kou army later approaches Magnostadt.

During the battle, she rushes to Kouha after the Black Djinn attack his forces and helps replenish his Metal Vessel with Strength Magic. Her history is also part of the explanation for Leraje's choice of Kouha: the prince's followers see him as their king because he accepted people the rest of society rejected.

Kouha Ren rescued Junjun after she had been discarded and made her one of his assistants. She is deeply devoted to him, frequently seeks his attention and appears to have romantic feelings for him.

Jinjin and Reirei share Junjun's history as artificial magicians. The three were experimented on together, abandoned together and eventually recruited together by Kouha.

Meihou Kan serves alongside Junjun in Kouha's army. Both rush to check on the prince during the fighting at Magnostadt.

Aladdin travels with Junjun and the others on the road to Magnostadt and witnesses firsthand the unusual relationship between Kouha and his attendants.
