Irish

Irish is intelligent, ruthless, observant, and physically confident. Unlike Organization agents who rely almost entirely on stealth or firearms, he is comfortable confronting opponents directly.

His loyalty to the Organization is complicated by his attachment to Pisco. He resents Gin for Pisco's execution and is willing to pursue information that could undermine Gin's standing within the syndicate.

Irish is also patient enough to investigate inconsistencies independently rather than dismissing them, a quality that makes his interest in Conan particularly dangerous.

Irish is an accomplished infiltrator and hand-to-hand fighter with exceptional physical strength and durability. He can overpower trained opponents and continue fighting after sustaining serious injuries.

He is skilled in disguise and impersonation. Irish abducts Kiyonaga Matsumoto and assumes his identity, allowing him to operate inside the multi-prefectural police task force without immediately attracting suspicion.

His observational ability is equally dangerous. After comparing fingerprints and investigating Conan's background, Irish independently determines that Conan Edogawa is actually Shinichi Kudo.

Irish infiltrates the serial murder investigation because one of the victims possesses a memory card containing information about Black Organization operatives. His objective is to recover it before the police can discover what it contains.

His presence creates a second investigation running alongside the murder case, as Conan realizes that someone within the police operation is behaving suspiciously.

Irish discovers Conan's true identity and intends to present Shinichi's survival to the Organization's boss as evidence of Gin's failure. After recovering the memory card, however, Irish's disguise is compromised. Gin orders Chianti to shoot him from the Organization's helicopter. Irish ultimately shields Conan from further gunfire before dying.

Pisco is Irish's former associate and father figure. Pisco's execution on Gin's orders leaves Irish with a deep grudge against Gin.

Gin is Irish's fellow Organization operative and superior during the recovery mission. Irish intends to use Conan's true identity to discredit Gin, but Gin ultimately orders Irish eliminated after his cover is compromised.

Conan Edogawa attracts Irish's suspicion during the police investigation. Irish discovers that Conan is Shinichi Kudo but does not report the discovery before his death.

Kiyonaga Matsumoto is abducted by Irish, who impersonates him to infiltrate the police task force.

Chianti shoots Irish from the Organization's helicopter on Gin's orders.
