Harada

Harada approaches the Shohoku game with confidence in Miuradai's experienced roster. His team is not intimidated by Shohoku's reputation and attempts to exploit the unusual circumstances surrounding its lineup.

He is portrayed primarily in his professional capacity, so little is established about his life or temperament away from basketball. His behavior reflects the expectations of a coach overseeing a team accustomed to competing in the prefectural tournament.

Harada's established expertise is basketball coaching. He directs Miuradai's lineup, observes the opposition and manages substitutions and tactical decisions during tournament play.

In the television anime's expanded version of the matchup, his roster includes Tetsuya Naitou, a powerful former rugby player whose unusual athletic profile gives Miuradai another option against Shohoku.

Harada himself is not depicted as an active basketball player, and the series does not establish a personal playing style or specialized technique for him.

Harada appears during Shohoku's first Kanagawa tournament game.
