Frogar Piokotam

Frogar is friendly, eccentric, and deeply connected to Iwato. His habit of singing folk songs and discussing local history gives him a role extending beyond administrative leadership.

He is remembered as Iwato Mori's mascot, suggesting that his unusual appearance and personality make him a familiar presence around the organization.

His willingness to welcome Tokio also helps the young Keeper establish a life in a prefecture far removed from his childhood friends and Yamato Mori.

Frogar is identified as a Frog Choujin, strongly associating his Choujin nature with amphibian Beastification. The manga has not established the detailed mechanics or named techniques of his ability.

He is said to have been born in a tadpole-like form, indicating that his Choujin characteristics are deeply integrated into his natural physiology rather than being limited to a temporary combat transformation.

Like other Choujin, Frogar possesses Raise.

Frogar directs Iwato Mori, a peacekeeping organization consisting of only a handful of Choujin. Despite its tiny roster, the group is responsible for responding to dangerous incidents in a region with serious crime problems.

Iwato Mori eventually confronts Haken King, an extraordinarily powerful Choujin who devastates the region. Frogar and the other members of the organization are caught in the destructive campaign, and Frogar is killed during the conflict.

Tokio Kurohara works under Frogar while living in Iwato. Frogar welcomes Tokio Kurohara and teaches him about the prefecture's history and culture.

Maureena serves under Frogar at Iwato Mori and handles weapons maintenance and strategic work.

Cristiano is another Iwato Mori Keeper working under Frogar's direction.

Haken King becomes the greatest threat faced by Frogar's organization. The conflict with Haken devastates Iwato Mori and results in Frogar's death.
