Bins

Bins is loyal to Z and committed to the Neo Marines' mission. His flamboyant appearance contrasts with his seriousness when carrying out orders.

He also displays confidence in his unusual plant-based abilities and willingly confronts powerful members of the Straw Hat crew.

Bins ate the Mosa Mosa no Mi, a Paramecia Devil Fruit that allows him to accelerate plant growth and control the resulting vegetation. He activates his ability through distinctive movements resembling dance or ninjutsu.

He also carries ninja-inspired weapons, including a sword and large shuriken, and combines mobility with his plant manipulation during combat.

Bins accompanies Z and Ain during the Neo Marines' campaign in Film Z. His ability provides the organization with a means of rapidly altering terrain and restraining enemies using vegetation.

He repeatedly confronts the Straw Hats during the film, with Sanji becoming one of his principal opponents.

Z is Bins's commander and former Marine instructor. Bins follows him into the Neo Marines after leaving the Marines.

Ain is his fellow Neo Marine officer and longtime companion. Sanji becomes his principal Straw Hat opponent during Film Z.
