Ain

Ain is serious, disciplined, and rarely outwardly emotional. She maintains strict standards for Neo Marine personnel and expects subordinates to complete assignments without excuses.

Her devotion to Z is considerably more personal. She regards him as a teacher as well as commander and follows his cause out of profound loyalty.

Ain ate the Modo Modo no Mi, a Paramecia Devil Fruit that allows her to regress the age of any living being or object she touches by twelve years. Repeated contact can compound the effect, potentially reducing a person beyond infancy.

She is also a skilled combatant trained by Z. Ain uses firearms, blades, agility, and tactical movement effectively enough to fight powerful opponents such as Roronoa Zoro.

Ain serves as a major antagonist in One Piece Film: Z and also appears in the anime-original Z's Ambition material. She assists Z's campaign against pirates and helps carry out the Neo Marines' operations surrounding the End Points.

Her Devil Fruit becomes particularly dangerous when she de-ages several members of the Straw Hat crew, forcing them to defeat her to reverse the effects.

Z is Ain's mentor, commander, and the person she respects most deeply. She addresses him as her teacher and follows him from the Marines into the Neo Marines.

Binz is Ain's fellow officer and longtime companion. Shuzo once competed with her for the position of second-in-command. Roronoa Zoro becomes her primary Straw Hat opponent during the events surrounding Film Z.
