Bazz-B

Bazz-B is combative, impatient and openly confident in his strength. He reacts fiercely to insults—particularly comments about his hairstyle—and prefers direct confrontation over quiet obedience. His temper makes him difficult to command, but it also reflects a stubborn refusal to accept humiliation or betrayal.

He is less indifferent to others than his abrasive manner suggests. Bazz-B remembers old loyalties, understands cooperation when circumstances demand it and retains genuine affection for Haschwalth even while directing years of resentment toward him. His outrage following the Auswählen is driven not merely by lost power, but by the realization that the emperor and Haschwalth regarded numerous Sternritter as expendable.

Bazz-B possesses the standard abilities of an elite Quincy, including the absorption and manipulation of reishi, Hirenkyaku, Heilig Pfeil and a reishi-formed crossbow. His physical resilience is considerable, allowing him to remain active after receiving injuries and losing much of his power.

The Heat lets him generate and control extreme temperatures. He claims that his flames helped offset an attack from Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto during the Wandenreich’s first invasion, and he can rapidly melt ice created by Toshiro Hitsugaya. His principal techniques form the Burner Finger sequence:

• Burner Finger 1: Fires a narrow, concentrated beam of heat from one finger.
• Burner Finger 2: Produces a broader and more destructive blast from two fingers.
• Burner Finger 3: Creates streams of fire capable of engulfing a large target.
• Burner Finger 4: Forms an enormous blade-like mass of flame.
• Burning Full Fingers: Releases the accumulated heat of all five fingers in a powerful close-range attack.

Bazz-B can also activate Quincy: Vollständig, gaining reishi wings, enhanced mobility and greater offensive output. Even after Auswählen strips away much of his Quincy power, he remains dangerous enough to fight Haschwalth.

During the first Wandenreich invasion, Bazz-B emerges in the Seireitei and critically wounds Izuru Kira before overwhelming the accompanying Third Division officers. In the second invasion, he battles Hitsugaya, using The Heat to counter the captain’s ice techniques and force him onto the defensive.

After Yhwach uses Auswählen against the Sternritter left behind, Bazz-B joins Liltotto Lamperd and Giselle Gewelle in a temporary alliance with the surviving Shinigami. He wants access to the transformed Royal Realm so that he can take revenge on the emperor and Haschwalth.

Flashbacks reveal that Yhwach destroyed Bazz-B’s home when Bazz-B was young. He and Haschwalth trained for years with the intention of infiltrating Yhwach’s army and killing him, but Haschwalth’s extraordinary compatibility with the emperor changed their course. Their unresolved history culminates in a duel in which Haschwalth defeats and fatally wounds Bazz-B.

Jugram Haschwalth — Bazz-B’s childhood friend, training partner and eventual rival. Bazz-B feels abandoned when Haschwalth accepts a privileged position beside Yhwach, yet he continues to regard their shared past as meaningful during their final confrontation.

Yhwach — The emperor who destroyed Bazz-B’s home, later recruited him into the Sternritter and ultimately sacrificed his power through Auswählen.

Liltotto Lamperd — A fellow Sternritter who joins Bazz-B’s attempt to reach the Royal Realm and retaliate against the Wandenreich leadership.

Giselle Gewelle — Another surviving Sternritter who cooperates with Bazz-B after Auswählen.

Toshiro Hitsugaya — A captain whose ice techniques Bazz-B counters during the second invasion of Soul Society.

Renji Abarai — A Shinigami who clashes with Bazz-B when the Quincy attempts to pursue Ichigo and Uryu.
