The Raki Raki no Mi allows Baccarat to remove luck from people she touches. Victims subsequently suffer extreme misfortune, while Baccarat can draw upon the accumulated luck to produce improbably favorable outcomes for herself.

The ability makes direct confrontation difficult because accidents and coincidences continually work in her favor.

Baccarat welcomes the Straw Hats to Gran Tesoro and helps manipulate them into Tesoro's casino trap.

She later acts as one of the executives defending Tesoro's regime when the crew begins fighting back. Her accumulated luck is eventually exhausted, allowing Usopp to defeat her once probability stops protecting her.

Gild Tesoro is Baccarat's leader and employer.

Dice is a fellow Gran Tesoro executive. Usopp becomes Baccarat's principal opponent during the rebellion against Tesoro.
