Synopsis
Season 2 continues directly from the cursed-house cliffhanger as Momo Ayase, Ken Okarun Takakura, and Jin Jiji Enjoji uncover the history concealed beneath Jiji's home. Their investigation draws them into conflict with the Kito family, a gigantic subterranean cryptid, and the tormented spirit known as the Evil Eye, whose connection to Jiji creates a continuing danger for the group.
The latter half follows the friends as they search for a way to coexist with the Evil Eye, train Okarun's supernatural abilities, and rebuild the Ayase residence. A new search for Okarun's missing golden ball introduces science-fiction enthusiast Kinta Sakata and develops into a large-scale confrontation involving a space kaiju and a giant robot. The season expands the central ensemble while moving fluidly from occult tragedy to musical exorcism and tokusatsu-inspired spectacle.
