Very little is established about Yue's private personality. Her historical reputation centers on the responsibility she assumed for interpreting the future on behalf of the people she ruled.

Her predictions were practical rather than merely mystical. Knowing when rain would arrive or when disasters would occur allowed her community to prepare for events that would otherwise have been unpredictable.

The titles Divine Priestess and Queen of the Moon reflect the religious and political authority associated with her foresight.

Yue possessed exceptionally accurate foresight. She could predict weather events down to details such as when rain would begin and how much would fall.

Her predictions extended beyond immediate observation, with surviving prophecies demonstrating knowledge of weather conditions far into the future.

As a Choujin, Yue also possessed Raise, allowing recovery from otherwise fatal injuries.

Yue belongs to the ancient history of Yamato rather than the main modern narrative. Her rule demonstrates that Choujin have influenced the region's political and religious development for centuries.

Her historical example also provides context for later prophetic Choujin such as Sora Siruha and Tsukiko Mado, whose visions similarly affect the direction of Yamato.

Sora Siruha is a much later prophetic figure in Yamato's history whose foresight similarly influences the region on a massive scale, although no personal relationship between the two is established.

Tsukiko Mado likewise possesses prophetic abilities in the modern era, continuing Yamato's long history of Choujin whose visions affect political decisions.
