Yoshiko Moriguchi

Yoshiko is a concerned and protective mother whose characterization is closely tied to Satoshi's disappearance. The uncertainty surrounding her son's whereabouts naturally leaves her worried while the search develops.

The OVA gives most of its investigative focus to Conan, Heiji, and Satoshi's young friends, so relatively little is established about Yoshiko's life or personality outside her family.

Yoshiko has no established supernatural abilities, combat techniques, or investigative training.

Her role is that of a civilian parent rather than an active investigator, and the story does not attribute any specialized professional abilities to her.
