Touko Agatsuma

Touko is assertive, practical, academically minded, and quick-tempered with her younger brother. She becomes frustrated when Yoshiteru Agatsuma reads about Demon Slayers instead of studying despite his poor grades and approaching examinations.

She does not share Yoshiteru's unquestioning enthusiasm for their family's stories and dismisses parts of his beloved account as implausible. Her skepticism reflects the enormous distance between modern everyday life and a period in which demons genuinely existed.

Touko also has a softer side around Kanata Kamado, whom she clearly likes and treats very differently from her troublesome brother.

Touko has no known supernatural abilities, Breathing Style, or combat training. She lives as an ordinary student in modern Japan.

Her characterization centers on family interactions and school life rather than physical ability. Nothing in the manga establishes that she inherited any demonic characteristics or Demon Slayer techniques from earlier generations.

Touko appears in the modern-day epilogue with Yoshiteru, who is reading The Legend of Zenitsu, an account written by their ancestor. She chastises him for focusing on the book when he should be studying.

Through their argument, the story shows how the battles of the Demon Slayer era have become distant family history. Yoshiteru believes the Demon Slayers described in the book were remarkable, while Touko is far more skeptical about the account's credibility.

Touko is the great-granddaughter of Zenitsu Agatsuma and Nezuko Kamado. Her resemblance to Nezuko visually connects the modern Agatsuma family with the Kamado siblings and confirms that those family lines continued into the present.

Yoshiteru Agatsuma is Touko's younger brother. She frequently scolds him about his poor grades and lack of attention to schoolwork.

Zenitsu Agatsuma and Nezuko Kamado are Touko's great-grandparents. Touko strongly resembles Nezuko but is skeptical of the extraordinary events described in Zenitsu's writings.

Kanata Kamado is Touko's relative through the extended Kamado family line and a fellow student. She is openly affectionate toward him.

Sumihiko Kamado is Kanata's younger brother and another member of Touko's extended family.
