Haido

Haido is charismatic and manipulative, presenting conquest as a necessary step toward ending war. He is skilled at framing his ambitions in idealistic language, particularly when speaking to Temujin.

Beneath that rhetoric, Haido is ruthless and views lives primarily as resources. He has little hesitation about sacrificing villages, soldiers, or children to obtain the power he wants.

The Stone of Gelel embedded in Haido gives him enormous strength, speed, healing ability, and access to destructive energy. In his transformed state he can manipulate dark extensions from his body, produce Gelel blasts and lasers, and recover from extreme injuries while connected to the Vein.

His raw power allows him to overwhelm multiple shadow clones and contend directly with Naruto and Temujin.

Haido searches for the Gelel Vein after obtaining the Book of Gelel. His knights invade the Land of Wind and pursue Kahiko's caravan as they attempt to locate the hidden source.

Haido is revealed as the man who destroyed Temujin's village and killed his parents. His claimed utopia is ultimately exposed as a justification for world domination. Naruto and Temujin combine their strength against him, and Naruto's Rasengan destroys the Gelel stone sustaining him.

Temujin is Haido's adopted subordinate and one of the people most deeply manipulated by his utopian rhetoric. Ranke, Kamira, and Fugai are his principal knights.

Naruto Uzumaki becomes his main opponent, while Kahiko knows the history of Gelel and exposes Haido's connection to Temujin's destroyed village.
