Sharona

Sharona is assertive, calculating and accustomed to directing the other Lily Five members. She devises many of their schemes and initially treats Yoh Asakura and his companions as people to manipulate or exploit while searching for Patch Village. Her ambition to become famous as the Shaman Queen also brings her into conflict with Anna Kyoyama, whose own ambitions for Yoh leave little room for a rival claimant.

Beneath her vanity and occasionally selfish behavior, Sharona is courageous and capable of genuine concern for her companions. Her history helps explain the defensive side of her personality: before joining the Lily Five, she cared for a child but was rejected after her ability to see spirits became known. The Lily Five ultimately consists of girls who have all experienced rejection because of their supernatural abilities.

Sharona's Guardian Ghost is Enra Enra, a pink, humanoid smoke spirit based on the enraenra of Japanese folklore. Her medium is a golden smoking pipe. When manifested as an Over Soul, Enra Enra can alter her shape according to Sharona's wishes, assuming forms such as weapons or even imitating people.

Sharona relies more heavily on Enra Enra's versatility than on direct physical combat. Alongside the other Lily Five members, she can also contribute her spirit to their combined Final Beam attack.

Sharona and the Lily Five initially interfere with Yoh's progress during the Shaman Fight, then follow his party during the journey through America as they search for Patch Village. Their repeated encounters gradually shift the girls away from being recurring nuisances and toward becoming allies of Yoh's group.

Later, the Lily Five are scheduled to face Hao Asakura's team. Yoh Asakura, recognizing the enormous difference in strength, tries to stop them from entering the battle and challenges the five himself. Although the Lily Five technically defeat Yoh, doing so consumes their Furyoku and leaves them unable to face Hao. Sharona nevertheless takes satisfaction in the publicity generated by their refusal to appear for the scheduled match.

After the tournament, Sharona and her teammates establish a flower shop with assistance from Silva and Kalim.

Lilly, Sally, Milly and Elly are Sharona's companions in the Lily Five. She acts as their leader and devises many of their plans, although her controlling tendencies occasionally create friction within the group.

Enra Enra is Sharona's Guardian Ghost and provides the shapeshifting abilities around which her fighting style is built.

Yoh Asakura begins as a target of the Lily Five's schemes, but repeated encounters gradually turn him and his companions into allies.

Anna Kyoyama clashes with Sharona over Sharona's ambition to become Shaman Queen.

Silva and Kalim help Sharona and the other Lily Five members establish their flower shop after the tournament.
