Seto is loyal to Korori and respects him as the leader of the supply team. His admiration is based on working with him under dangerous conditions rather than simply accepting the larger community's hierarchy.

Repeated expeditions have made Seto relatively accustomed to confronting ZQN. He approaches infected areas with the experience of someone who has survived similar situations before.

His loyalty becomes particularly important when the interests of Korori's unit and those of the high-rise leadership begin to diverge.

Seto is an experienced ZQN fighter who specializes in using a slingshot. The weapon is quiet, reusable and does not depend on the tightly controlled firearm ammunition available to someone like Hideo.

Effective use requires accuracy and an understanding of range. Seto's continued role in the supply corps indicates that he can employ it reliably during dangerous expeditions.
