Seiko Kiira

Seiko is earnest and conscientious about her work. She wants interrogations to produce useful information but does not display the deliberately intimidating manner associated with some of Yamato Mori's harsher operatives.

Her concern continues even after another interrogator takes over a case. When Satou replaces her during Nari's questioning, Seiko waits outside and is eager to learn whether everything went well.

Her straightforward ability matches her professional role, although she recognizes its limitations when a subject simply refuses to provide meaningful answers.

Seiko can determine whether a spoken statement is true or false. When someone answers a question, she mentally perceives a circle for truth or an X for falsehood.

The power does not force honesty and does not independently reveal the correct answer. A skilled or stubborn prisoner can therefore remain silent, evade the question, or provide too little information for Seiko to make progress.

She also possesses Raise.

Seiko first appears after Yamato Mori captures Nari Tsumiji. She is assigned to determine who hired Nari and why Tokio Kurohara was being targeted.

Her questioning establishes that Nari was hired by someone other than Chandra and that Tokio was deliberately selected rather than encountered by chance.

When Nari refuses to provide enough information, Ichirou Satou replaces Seiko and uses his considerably more invasive Psycho Share ability.

Nari Tsumiji is one of Seiko's interrogation subjects. Seiko uses her Lie Detection to establish that Nari Tsumiji is concealing information about the person who hired her.

Ichirou Satou works alongside Seiko as an interrogator but possesses methods capable of extracting information when her Lie Detection reaches its limits.

Tokio Kurohara is central to the investigation because Seiko's questioning confirms that Nari deliberately targeted him.
