Saccho is calm, perceptive and reserved. During Zodiac discussions, he is generally less emotionally reactive than members such as Kanzai and instead pays close attention to the intentions behind other people's statements.

His work as a Problem Hunter and detective fits this temperament. Saccho approaches uncertainty by gathering information and reasoning through motives rather than rushing toward confrontation.

He nevertheless has firm opinions. During the chairman election, Saccho belongs to the relatively moderate political grouping within the Zodiacs and shares the widespread distrust of Pariston Hill's methods.
