Quanxi

Quanxi is calm, pragmatic, emotionally reserved, and guided by the principle that ignorance can make life easier. She avoids unnecessary philosophical complications when immediate action will solve a problem.

Her apparent coldness does not extend to her Fiend companions. When China offers any reward for capturing Chainsaw Man, Quanxi asks for human rights and basic education for her girlfriends rather than wealth for herself.

In battle she is brutally efficient. Quanxi does not waste time on dramatic exchanges and frequently incapacitates or kills opponents before they understand that she has moved.

Quanxi possesses superhuman speed and strength even in ordinary human form. She can cut through dozens of enemies in moments and move so quickly that experienced Devil Hunters fail to process their own injuries until after she has passed.

She is one of the world's greatest hand-to-hand fighters and is highly proficient with swords and other bladed weapons.

Quanxi is a hybrid fused with the Bow Devil. Pulling an arrow from her right eye socket transforms her, producing arrowheads across her head and crossbow-like weapons along her arms. She can fire barrages capable of punching clean holes through multiple targets.

Like other hybrids, she can regenerate from severe injuries by consuming blood or activating her transformation trigger.

Quanxi enters Japan during the International Assassins arc with Pingtsi, Long, Cosmo, and Tsugihagi. Her reward request makes clear that protecting the four women matters more to her than political loyalty.

She initially competes against Public Safety and Santa Claus but forms temporary alliances whenever a more dangerous enemy appears.

After returning from Hell, Quanxi transforms and helps Denji fight Santa Claus. When Makima arrives afterward, Quanxi immediately surrenders and asks that her girlfriends be spared, but Makima beheads them.

Quanxi later reappears under Makima's control as one of Special Division 5's weapon hybrids.

In the Academy Saga, she returns to Public Safety and becomes a member of Special Division 7. She stops the Chainsaw Man Church's weapon hybrids from carrying out a civilian massacre and later becomes involved in Denji's detention and rescue.

Pingtsi, Long, Cosmo, and Tsugihagi are Quanxi's girlfriends. Her concern for their safety drives many of her decisions during the international assassination mission.

Kishibe is Quanxi's former Public Safety partner and longtime acquaintance. He repeatedly pursued her romantically before she made clear that she was interested in women.

Denji begins as Quanxi's assassination target before circumstances force temporary cooperation.

Makima kills Quanxi and her remaining girlfriends before later reviving and controlling Quanxi as a weapon hybrid.

Hirofumi Yoshida fights Quanxi twice during the international assassins operation and survives exchanges that demonstrate the enormous gap between her and ordinary hunters.
