Tsugihagi

Very little of Tsugihagi's individual personality is established because she does not speak during her appearances. She remains close to Quanxi and the other Fiends and follows their group's movements without hesitation.

Her actions demonstrate loyalty and presence of mind under extreme pressure. After returning from Hell, she immediately retrieves Quanxi's severed head and activates her transformation mechanism, restoring the group's strongest fighter to battle.

Tsugihagi is a Fiend: a Devil possessing a human corpse. She consequently possesses the standard characteristics associated with Fiends, including greater physical capabilities than ordinary humans and the potential to recover through consuming blood.

Her original Devil identity and corresponding supernatural power remain unknown. Unlike Cosmo, Long, and Pingtsi, Tsugihagi never displays a distinct ability in combat, so assigning her a concept based on her stitched appearance would be speculative.

She is nevertheless capable of handling Quanxi's severed head and removing the arrow hidden beneath Quanxi's eyepatch, activating the Bow Hybrid's transformation and allowing Quanxi to regenerate.

Tsugihagi travels from China with Quanxi and her three fellow Fiends after the Chinese government commissions Quanxi to obtain Denji's heart. She remains with the group as their mission collides with Public Safety and the forces controlled by Santa Claus.

When the combatants are transported to Hell, the Darkness Devil devastates the assembled hunters. Tsugihagi survives long enough to return to Earth. Finding Quanxi decapitated, she pulls the arrow from Quanxi's eye socket and drops her head toward the battlefield, triggering Quanxi's regeneration and transformation.

After Santa Claus is defeated, Makima confronts Quanxi, Cosmo, and Tsugihagi. Quanxi immediately surrenders and pleads for the lives of her girlfriends, but Makima decapitates all three. Much later, Public Safety is revealed to possess the corpses of Quanxi's Fiend companions.

Quanxi is Tsugihagi's girlfriend and leader. Tsugihagi follows her to Japan and personally triggers Quanxi's regeneration after the group returns from Hell.

Pingtsi, Long, and Cosmo are Tsugihagi's fellow Fiends and members of Quanxi's household.

Makima kills Tsugihagi alongside Quanxi and Cosmo after Quanxi surrenders.

Santa Claus is the competing assassin whose doll army becomes an enemy of Quanxi's group during the operation in Japan.
