Piccolino is primarily characterized through his professional role within Yamato Mori. His willingness to serve as a communications specialist places reliability and coordination above the more spectacular combat roles occupied by many other Keepers.

He keeps his regulating headgear on continuously because of the radio waves generated by his brain. As a result, even colleagues are unfamiliar with his uncovered face.
