Osaragi

Osaragi is quiet, eccentric, and remarkably unconcerned by the violence surrounding her occupation. She can move directly from killing an enemy to thinking about food or another mundane concern, not because she is deliberately cruel but because assassination appears entirely normalized within her worldview.

She is highly superstitious. Rituals, lucky foods, and omens influence her behavior, particularly around missions. She can become distracted by these concerns even while Shishiba is attempting to discuss serious professional matters.

Osaragi is also curious and surprisingly innocent about aspects of ordinary society. Her rural upbringing contributes to this unfamiliarity. She often asks blunt questions or reacts to new experiences without the social filtering expected from an elite professional.

Osaragi possesses enormous physical strength. Despite her slender build, she can wield a huge circular saw with enough force to tear through structures and opponents while maintaining exceptional speed.

Her fighting style is aggressive and direct. The circular saw provides both destructive power and reach, while Osaragi's mobility allows her to reposition the heavy weapon far faster than an opponent expects.

She also has excellent assassin instincts. Her unconventional personality should not be mistaken for incompetence; once combat begins, she reads threats quickly and kills efficiently.

Her ORDER membership itself reflects her standing. The unit accepts only assassins capable of functioning among the JAA's highest combat tier, and Osaragi establishes that reputation almost immediately through her battles.

Osaragi appears as a relatively new ORDER member and is commonly assigned alongside Shishiba. Her introduction expands the elite unit beyond Nagumo and establishes the eccentric personalities hidden behind its intimidating reputation.

Her early major fight comes against Dump, one of the death-row prisoners targeting Sakamoto. Osaragi overwhelms her opponent and demonstrates how large the gulf can be between dangerous professional killers and ORDER members.

She continues operating as one of the JAA's principal field combatants during conflicts involving X's organization. Her partnership with Shishiba places her near several major confrontations even when she is not personally connected to their underlying politics.

As divisions inside the JAA deepen, Osaragi's loyalty becomes increasingly tied to Shishiba and the people she personally trusts rather than abstract institutional authority.

Shishiba is Osaragi's senior partner and mentor within ORDER. He regularly corrects her behavior, explains unfamiliar things to her, and guides her professional development.

Yoichi Nagumo is one of Osaragi's ORDER colleagues. His playful behavior fits strangely well beside her own eccentricity.

Taro Sakamoto left ORDER before Osaragi joined, meaning she initially knows the legendary assassin largely by reputation rather than personal experience.

Dump becomes one of Osaragi's notable early opponents and provides her first major demonstration of combat ability.

Amane Yotsumura eventually fights alongside Osaragi and Shishiba during the broader conflict surrounding the JAA.
