Millie

Millie is cheerful, emotional and impulsive. She cries easily and can throw childish tantrums when upset, fitting her position as the youngest member of the Lily Five.

Her friendliness becomes more apparent as she spends time around Yoh's group. Although the Lily Five begin as troublesome rivals, Millie develops genuine affection for the people they repeatedly encounter, particularly Lyserg.

Her sensitivity has roots in childhood rejection. Her mother abandoned her after discovering that Millie could see spirits, leaving her with the same experience of social rejection that connects the members of the Lily Five.

Millie's Guardian Ghost is Onibi, an animal-class spirit resembling a floating flame with a fox-like face. Her medium is a slingshot.

By integrating Onibi with the slingshot, Millie creates an Over Soul resembling a crossbow. This gives her a ranged attack suited to supporting the other Lily Five members rather than fighting exclusively at close range.

She is a qualified participant in the anime's Shaman Fight and possesses an Oracle Bell, although her exact Furyoku level is not established.

Millie and Elly are the first Lily Five members to interfere directly with Yoh's group. They initially attempt to prevent Yoh from completing his training and properly advancing in the Shaman Fight.

During the American journey, Millie repeatedly crosses paths with Lyserg. She witnesses his strength, develops a crush on him and later warns him that previously defeated shamans intend to seek revenge.

In another incident, Krysler steals Millie's Oracle Bell in an attempt to enter the Shaman Fight. Yoh's group helps pursue him; the Bell is damaged during the confrontation, but Silva replaces it and explains that Oracle Bells only function for their designated owners.

The Lily Five later become friendlier toward Yoh's group. Their entire storyline belongs exclusively to the 2001 anime and does not occur in Hiroyuki Takei's manga or the 2021 adaptation.

Elly is Millie's closest companion within the Lily Five and frequently works alongside her.

Sharona, Sally and Lilly are the other members of the Lily Five and share Millie's experiences as shamans rejected by ordinary people.

Lyserg Diethel is the object of Millie's crush. She repeatedly approaches him and warns him when she learns that enemies are planning to attack.

Yoh Asakura begins as an opponent but gradually becomes someone Millie trusts, particularly after he and his companions help her recover her stolen Oracle Bell.

Krysler steals Millie's Oracle Bell and takes her hostage while attempting to force his way into the tournament.

Silva replaces Millie's damaged Oracle Bell after the confrontation with Krysler.
