Meico

Meico is polite, composed and conscientious. She takes pride in fulfilling the duties expected of an OrderMaid and normally behaves with the refinement that Bondo imagined all maid robots would possess.

Her devotion to Motsuo is sincere. Although OrderMaids are designed to serve their owners, Meico's behavior consistently goes beyond mechanical obedience and reflects genuine concern for his happiness and well-being.

Meico is also far more accepting of Roboco than their contrasting designs might suggest. Instead of treating the older, unconventional maid simply as an inferior model, she develops respect and affection for her.

Meico is a highly advanced OrderMaid designed to handle domestic tasks comprehensively. She excels at cooking, cleaning and attending to her master's everyday needs, presenting the polished functionality expected from modern OMs.

Her technological capabilities extend beyond ordinary household appliances, although the series primarily emphasizes her competence rather than turning her into a combat-focused machine.

Compared with Roboco, Meico represents conventional high-end OrderMaid engineering. Roboco vastly exceeds normal specifications in bizarre physical feats, whereas Meico is optimized to perform the actual duties for which an OrderMaid is intended.

Meico is introduced when Motsuo and Gachi visit Bondo after he finally obtains an OrderMaid. Motsuo brings Meico, whose elegance and competence immediately highlight how strange Roboco is by comparison.

A competition between the two maids demonstrates their radically different approaches to service. Meico performs tasks as expected, while Roboco repeatedly turns straightforward challenges into chaos.

Later chapters give Meico a larger independent presence, including stories centered on her relationship with Motsuo and her interactions with Roboco. She becomes a recurring supporting member of Bondo's wider group rather than remaining merely Motsuo's household appliance.

Motsuo Kaneo is Meico's master. She is intensely devoted to him, and their relationship develops into one of mutual trust and affection.

Roboco begins as Meico's counterpart in a competition over which OrderMaid can better serve her master. Their contrasting capabilities become a recurring source of comedy, but Meico comes to regard Roboco as a friend.

Bondo Taira meets Meico through Motsuo and initially views her as the sort of sophisticated OrderMaid he had expected to receive himself.

Gorilla Gachi is one of Motsuo's closest friends and regularly interacts with Meico as part of the central group.
