Matsuge

Matsuge is loyal, composed, and strongly committed to Fubuki's leadership. He accompanies her in confrontations with other heroes and responds quickly when members of the Blizzard Group are endangered.

Compared with some of Fubuki's more anonymous followers, he behaves like a trusted lieutenant. He is capable of acting independently in combat while still deferring to Fubuki's decisions.

He takes opponents seriously and does not rely solely on numerical superiority. When situations turn dangerous, Matsuge focuses on protecting allies and finding opportunities rather than maintaining appearances.

As B-Class Rank 2, Matsuge is a capable close-range combatant. His primary weapons are specialized eyelash curlers that can transform into claw-like weapons through a mechanism he calls Curler Release.

The transformed Retina Awls extend into sharp claws suitable for stabbing and slashing at close range.

Matsuge also has hand-to-hand combat experience and works effectively in coordinated attacks with other Blizzard Group members.

Later manga material shows that Fubuki has taught members of her group a psychic suppression technique called Psychic Binding, though their attempt to use it against an overwhelmingly stronger esper demonstrates its limitations.

Matsuge accompanies Fubuki when she confronts Saitama after his promotion into B-Class. Alongside Mountain Ape, he supports Fubuki's attempt to pressure the new hero into joining the Blizzard Group.

Saitama's strength renders their intimidation strategy ineffective, and the encounter begins changing Fubuki's relationship with heroes outside her organization.

Matsuge later fights during the widespread Monster Association attacks. He joins the Blizzard Group against Kaijin Hime Do-S, whose unusual ability quickly turns the group's numerical advantage against them.

Do-S enslaves most of the Blizzard Group with her whip, forcing Fubuki to fight both the monster and her own controlled followers. Matsuge is eventually freed from the effect.

Fubuki is Matsuge's leader and one of the people he trusts most. He operates as one of her senior Blizzard Group subordinates.

Mountain Ape frequently fights beside Matsuge as another prominent member of the Blizzard Group.

Lily is another recurring member of Fubuki's organization and fights alongside Matsuge during larger operations.

Saitama is targeted during Fubuki's attempt to recruit him into the Blizzard Group.

Kaijin Hime Do-S temporarily turns Matsuge and other Blizzard Group members into controlled love slaves.
