Margaret

Canon provides little independent characterization for Margaret. During her brief encounter with Alibaba, she confidently interprets his startled attempt to determine whether they have met before as an effort to flirt with her.

She otherwise performs her role as a hostess without receiving a larger personal storyline. Her scene is built around Alibaba's reaction to her unexpected resemblance to another woman he has met.

Margaret has no established magical abilities, combat techniques, Metal Vessel or Household Vessel. She is a civilian working in Aktia's port city.

Her unusually tall, muscular build is visually prominent, but canon does not establish it as the basis of any particular fighting ability.

Margaret appears during the Pirates Arc when Alibaba and Aladdin visit an establishment in Aktia's port city. After watching Aladdin enjoy himself, Alibaba asks for the most popular hostess available. Margaret arrives, and her appearance causes him to spit out his drink.

Alibaba asks whether they have met before because Margaret reminds him strongly of Elizabeth. Margaret takes the question as an attempted romantic approach, leaving Alibaba increasingly distressed as their allotted service time begins.

Her appearance continues a recurring visual joke involving similarly designed hostesses encountered by Alibaba in different parts of the world.

Elizabeth is Margaret's sister and strongly resembles her, explaining Alibaba's immediate sense of recognition when Margaret approaches him.

Alibaba Saluja meets Margaret while visiting the pleasure house in Aktia. His startled reaction to her resemblance to Elizabeth leads to a misunderstanding when Margaret thinks he is trying to seduce her.

Aladdin accompanies Alibaba during the visit and is the reason Alibaba becomes interested in requesting a hostess in the first place.
