Lulu Bell is calm, restrained and intensely loyal to The Millennium Earl. She generally approaches assignments with professional focus rather than treating them as games.

Her emotional reserve does not mean she is incapable of attachment. The anime expands her relationship with Mimi, showing quiet affection beneath the formal master-servant relationship.

She can be ruthless when fulfilling the Earl's orders, readily using Akuma and deception to overwhelm opponents. Even under pressure, she rarely abandons her composed manner.

As the Noah of Lust, Lulu Bell possesses the ability to transform. She can copy human appearances, assume animal forms and reshape individual parts of her body for combat.

Her transformations extend beyond simple disguise. She can liquefy herself to evade attacks or pass through openings, and she can turn her limbs into flexible weapons such as whips.

Like other Noah, she possesses enhanced physical abilities and resilience. Her shapeshifting makes her particularly suited to espionage and infiltration because she can replace trusted individuals before an attack begins.

Lulu Bell initially appears among the Noah Family before receiving a major role in the assault on Black Order headquarters. She infiltrates the Order by assuming the appearance of Andrew Nansen and leads Akuma into the facility.

Her objective is to recover the Akuma Egg after the Black Order obtains it during the conflict surrounding Noah's Ark. The attack forces scientists and Exorcists into a prolonged defense inside their own headquarters.

Lulu Bell nearly succeeds in escaping with part of the Egg, but Allen destroys what she is carrying. The assault leaves the Order badly damaged while denying the Earl the intact production system he wanted to recover.

The Millennium Earl is Lulu Bell's master, and she follows his orders with unwavering loyalty.

Mimi is Lulu Bell's devoted Akuma attendant in the 2006 anime. Mimi sacrifices herself while trying to help Lulu Bell, and Lulu Bell's reaction reveals considerably more attachment than her usual expressionless behavior suggests.

Andrew Nansen is the Black Order official whose appearance Lulu Bell copies to infiltrate headquarters.

Allen Walker opposes Lulu Bell during her operations against the Order and prevents her from recovering the Akuma Egg intact.
