Kenta Murao

Kenta receives very little individual characterization. He is generally presented alongside his twin brother, and the series does not establish enough separate behavior to assign him a detailed personality without speculation.

His identity within the story is therefore much more strongly tied to the Murao family than to an individual arc.

Kenta is not established as a ranked competitive karuta player. No playing class, society affiliation or distinctive technique is attributed to him.

His connection to competitive karuta comes through Shinichi, whose Class A career makes him a prominent member of Fukui's karuta community.

Kenta appears when the series broadens its attention to the people surrounding Arata in Fukui. His presence adds domestic context to Shinichi rather than introducing another major competitor.

He remains a minor family character and does not develop an independent tournament storyline.

Shinichi Murao is Kenta's older brother and the family's prominent competitive karuta player.

Yuuta Murao is Kenta's twin brother. Kenta Murao and Yuuta Murao are generally established together through their relationship with Shinichi Murao.
