Electoplant

Electoplant is depicted as a dutiful and professional hero who readily responds to criminal activity alongside law enforcement and other heroes. His limited dialogue and appearances emphasize his work rather than his private life.

He is comfortable operating as part of larger teams, whether responding to ordinary villain incidents or participating in international hero operations.

Electricity Generation is an Emitter-type Quirk that allows Electoplant to produce electricity from his body and discharge it as directed bolts. This gives him a ranged offensive option rather than requiring indiscriminate electrical release around himself.

His specialized hero suit contains circuitry that assists in channeling the generated electricity. Combined with his ability to aim his discharges, this makes him suited to ranged engagements and support within larger hero teams.

Electoplant initially appears during All Might's period in Los Angeles. He and Cow Lady respond when two villains rob a casino, but the criminals escape their first encounter.

All Might intercepts the villains and rapidly resolves the situation, leaving Electoplant and Cow Lady to observe the young Japanese hero's abilities while David Shield introduces him.

Electoplant later appears among the international heroes mobilized during the Humarise crisis, serving with the American contingent as the World Heroes Association coordinates simultaneous operations in several countries.

Cow Lady is Electoplant's fellow Pro Hero during his earliest appearance. The pair jointly respond to the Los Angeles casino robbery.

All Might encounters Electoplant during his early American career and demonstrates his extraordinary ability by capturing the villains who escaped the initial response.

David Shield accompanies All Might during this period and explains the young hero's background after Electoplant and Cow Lady witness him in action.
