Cow Lady

Cow Lady is confident in her abilities and straightforward in her commitment to hero work. The limited material surrounding her consistently depicts her responding to threats as part of a professional team rather than pursuing personal glory.

She is willing to coordinate with other heroes and law enforcement, and her confidence does not prevent her from recognizing the capabilities of someone stronger. Her early encounter with All Might places her among the American heroes who witness the beginning of his international reputation.

Cow is a Transformation-type Quirk that allows Cow Lady to take on the physical characteristics of cattle. Her transformed state resembles a powerful minotaur, with substantially increased strength and speed.

The Quirk makes her best suited to direct physical work and close-range engagements. Her natural horns and transformation complement the western cattle motif of her hero identity.

Cow Lady appears during a flashback to All Might's years in America. She and Elecplant respond to a casino robbery in Los Angeles but are unable to prevent the criminals from escaping their initial confrontation.

The young All Might subsequently intercepts the fleeing villains and resolves the incident. Cow Lady and Elecplant observe his performance, while David Shield explains the promising young Japanese hero's identity.

Much later, Cow Lady is among the overseas heroes who travel to Japan to assist with reconstruction, using her transformed strength to help with the physical recovery effort.

Elecplant operates alongside Cow Lady during the Los Angeles casino robbery. Their shared response establishes them as fellow American Pro Heroes accustomed to working cooperatively.

All Might impresses Cow Lady during his early period in the United States when he succeeds in stopping criminals who had escaped the initial response.

David Shield is present during the aftermath of that incident and provides Cow Lady and Elecplant with information about the young hero.
