Bouryoku no Majin

Galgali is polite, considerate, and remarkably peaceful for a Fiend born from the fear of violence. He apologizes to Beam after striking him in self-defense and warns Prinz to leave a zombie-filled area before realizing that she is a Devil.

He attributes his unusual temperament to retaining much of the brain and memories of the human corpse he inhabits. Galgali remembers fragments of a previous human life and says that Makima saved him, although the reliability of those memories is uncertain.

He also enjoys making other people happy. Because his mask prevents him from eating normally, he buys food for companions and takes pleasure in their reactions instead.

The Violence Fiend possesses extraordinary physical strength even after the usual weakening caused by becoming a Fiend. Public Safety keeps a poison-releasing mask on him specifically to suppress that power.

He specializes in unarmed combat. His kicks crack pavement, decapitate zombies, and can threaten powerful hybrids. He can also transform parts of his body, increasing their muscular size and striking power.

When the mask is removed, his body becomes much larger and more muscular, and his physical power rises dramatically.

Galgali first appears during Special Division 4's raid against Sawatari's remaining yakuza forces, fighting through large numbers of zombies.

He later participates in the battle against Reze, though the destructive scale of Reze and the Typhoon Devil's fight limits his involvement.

Galgali spends time patrolling with Kobeni Higashiyama, showing the quieter side of Public Safety work before the international assassins arrive.

After being transported to Hell, Galgali asks Kobeni to remove his mask so he can fight the Darkness Devil at full strength. He continues attacking even after suffering catastrophic injuries before the Darkness Devil destroys his body.

Kobeni Higashiyama becomes Galgali's patrol partner. He treats her kindly and buys her ice cream after one of their assignments.

Beam accidentally attacks Galgali during the zombie raid, after which Galgali apologizes for knocking him away.

Prinz is another Special Division 4 Devil whom Galgali initially mistakes for a human civilian.

Makima is the person Galgali remembers as having saved him, though the circumstances surrounding that memory remain unclear.

Darkness Devil becomes Galgali's final opponent in Hell.
