Borodo is crafty, opportunistic, and considerably more experienced than Akisu. His life as a thief has made deception and opportunism natural parts of his behavior.
He nevertheless cares deeply for his adoptive brother and is willing to take substantial risks when the Trump Pirates threaten people important to them.
