Asako Hague

Asako is gentle, relaxed and soft-spoken. Her habit of reacting to situations with an unhurried manner gives her a distinctive presence within Company 6, particularly beside colleagues dealing with severe injuries and medical emergencies.

Her temperament should not be mistaken for incompetence. Asako serves as an officer in a specialized medical brigade and remains composed while working around wounded Fire Soldiers and dangerous pyrokinetic phenomena.

Her demeanor also contrasts sharply with her grandfather's eccentric fascination with pain. Where Souichirou can be unnervingly enthusiastic about dangerous experiences, Asako presents a calmer and more conventional caregiving presence.

Asako is a Second Generation pyrokinetic. She can manipulate flames that already exist but cannot generate her own fire independently.

Her established role emphasizes medical and support duties more than direct combat. Company 6 specializes in treating Fire Soldiers and other people affected by pyrokinetic injuries, placing Asako's professional skills within a medical rather than suppression-oriented environment.

She works under Kayoko Huang, whose specialized Third Generation healing ability makes Company 6 uniquely important when conventional medicine cannot adequately treat fire-related injuries.

Asako appears as part of Company 6's medical staff and helps establish the specialized function the brigade performs within the Special Fire Force. While most companies focus primarily on Infernal suppression or investigation, Company 6 receives and treats injured personnel.

Her family connection to Company 4 gives her an additional link to the wider organization. Souichirou Hague's position as a veteran captain makes the Hagues one of the relatively few explicitly established Fire Force families serving across different brigades.

Following the attack on her grandfather, Asako is directly affected by the White-Clad's campaign against people connected to Adolla, giving Company 6 a personal connection to the escalating conflict.

Souichirou Hague is Asako's grandfather and the captain of Company 4. Their positions place two generations of the Hague family within different branches of the Special Fire Force.

Kayoko Huang is Asako's captain and the chief medical authority of Company 6. Asako serves under her in the brigade's treatment operations.

Shinra Kusakabe is connected indirectly to Asako through his interactions with Souichirou Hague and through Company 6's role in treating injured Fire Soldiers.
