Usopp is energetic, eccentric, and intensely enthusiastic about One Piece. He readily assigns One Piece-related roles and nicknames to classmates and turns ordinary situations into elaborate references to the series.
He is far less restrained than either Luffy or Nami and often acts as the catalyst for their adventures.
