Tony

Tony is loyal to the Milosian resistance and willing to risk himself in operations against forces considerably better equipped than the Black Bats.

The film gives him limited independent characterization. His behavior is primarily defined by solidarity with the other rebels and commitment to the effort to restore Milos.

Tony possesses no established alchemical or supernatural abilities.

As a Black Bat, he is trained in the resistance's methods of moving and fighting within the valley surrounding Table City. The rebels make extensive use of the terrain and specialized gliding equipment to compensate for their limited conventional military resources.

Tony participates in Black Bat operations during the struggle over Table City and the Sanguine Star. His presence helps establish the resistance as an organized community rather than a movement consisting only of Miranda and Julia.

As the conflict expands to include Amestrian troops, Cretan forces and competing attempts to obtain the Stone, Tony continues supporting the Black Bats' defense of the valley.

Miranda is Tony's commander within the Black Bats.

Julia Crichton is a fellow member of the resistance whose pursuit of the Sanguine Star becomes central to the fight for Milos.

Alan is another Black Bat serving alongside Tony during the resistance's operations.
