Personality
Personality
Solomon is calm, inquisitive and intellectually restless. He studies cultures, science, magic and history, becoming visibly excited whenever he encounters something he does not understand. That curiosity helps him reject the prejudices taught by the Orthodox establishment.
He is also pragmatic enough to make difficult decisions as a revolutionary leader. Solomon wants different species to coexist without one dominating another, but reaching that goal requires him to command a violent uprising against his father's regime.
Abilities & Powers
Abilities & Powers
Solomon is regarded as the greatest magician of Alma Torran. He wields one of the 72 Divine Staves and possesses immense command over magic, while also being trained as a swordsman by Arba.
His Wisdom of Solomon allows him to communicate with Rukh, including the Rukh of people who have died, and perceive information carried through it. This ability becomes fundamental to the magical order later inherited by Aladdin.
After overthrowing the Orthodox government, Solomon restructures Alma Torran's Rukh and creates the Djinn from powerful members of the old world's species. His actions ultimately establish the magical foundations of the new world.
Story Role
Story Role
Solomon's history is revealed when Aladdin recounts the fate of Alma Torran. He originally serves within the society led by his father but becomes increasingly disturbed by its treatment of other species.
He leaves David's side and forms a resistance, collecting Divine Staves and gathering allies such as Uraltugo Noi Nueph, Sheba and Arba.
Solomon defeats David's political order and becomes king. He later merges his Rukh with Ill Ilah and rewrites the world's Rukh, provoking a rebellion among former allies who believe he has usurped their god. When Alma Torran collapses, Solomon's power is used to establish the separate world in which the main story takes place.
