Seiji Kameda

Kameda receives limited individual characterization. He is presented primarily as a serious member of Hokuo's competitive team rather than through an independent personal storyline.

His place in the club nevertheless associates him with Hokuo's demanding culture. Players compete for places within a strong roster and are accustomed to treating qualification for major tournaments as an expectation rather than an improbable achievement.

Kameda is a trained competitive karuta player representing Hokuo Academy. His selection within the club requires familiarity with official competitive rules, memorization, card placement and the demands of five-player team competition.

No individual signature technique or exceptional sensory ability is established for him. His contribution is part of the collective depth that makes Hokuo difficult to defeat across all five boards.

Kameda appears through Hokuo Academy during the continuing high-school tournament storyline. By this stage, Mizusawa and Hokuo have developed from unfamiliar opponents into recurring Tokyo rivals.

His role is comparatively small and remains centered on the competitive environment. Hokuo's supporting players demonstrate why the school continues to matter even when the narrative focus shifts away from its most prominent veterans.

Akihito Sudo is one of the senior players whose competitive standards shape the Hokuo club environment in which Kameda develops.

Hiro Kinashi is another prominent member of Hokuo's team and part of the same school karuta program as Kameda.

Futoshi Mochida coaches Hokuo Academy and oversees the competitive development of players including Kameda.
