Pure White no Choujin

Pure White no Choujin is theatrical and grandiose, announcing an ambition to cover the world in pure white despite being a relatively minor criminal within Minami.

His characterization is intentionally brief. He enters with the dramatic confidence of a major threat but receives little opportunity to demonstrate a deeper ideology or personal history.

His fixation on a single color parallels the similarly eccentric obsession displayed by his brother.

Pure White no Choujin possesses an ability associated with white energy. He can concentrate this power into physical attacks, including a technique referred to as White Punch.

The complete mechanics and limits of his White ability have not been established. His short confrontation provides too little information to determine the full range of effects it might produce.

Like other Choujin, he possesses Raise.

Pure White no Choujin appears on the tenth day of Operation Old Market while Tokio, Michael, and Michelangelo are searching Minami for information connecting the city's criminal Choujin network to Sora's poppy fields.

He confronts the Keeper team and dramatically declares his intention to whitewash the world.

Tokio defeats him almost immediately. Yamato Mori subsequently places him in its lock-up alongside the numerous other minor Minami criminals apprehended during the operation, and he provides no useful lead concerning the poppies.

Moss Green no Choujin is Pure White no Choujin's brother and possesses a similarly color-themed identity.

Tokio Kurohara encounters Pure White no Choujin during Operation Old Market. Tokio defeats him with little difficulty and has him taken into Yamato Mori custody.

Michael Es and Michelangelo Deroginev Cembaletta San Sei accompany Tokio when the criminal is encountered.
