Pirozhki

Pirozhki is confident, loud, competitive, and intensely proud of his physical strength. His self-assurance comes from a martial-arts world in which he has presumably faced conventional human opponents rather than ki-wielding fighters.

He readily accepts Piiza's extravagant presentation of his abilities and shows no meaningful fear of Cell before entering the arena.

Pirozhki possesses exceptional strength by ordinary human standards. Piiza promotes him as an extraordinarily powerful fighter whose specialty is raw physical force.

His combat style emphasizes grappling, charging, and close-range strength rather than refined ki techniques. He is not shown using flight, energy projection, or supernatural abilities.

Against a being on Cell's level, the distinction between Pirozhki and an ordinary civilian is effectively irrelevant.

Pirozhki accompanies Mr. Satan, Caroni, and Piiza to the Cell Games, where Satan's entourage initially treats Cell as an opponent whose alleged supernatural abilities are tricks.

Caroni makes the first attempt and is removed effortlessly. Pirozhki then enters and tries to use his strength against Cell.

Cell disposes of him almost immediately, demonstrating that neither of Satan's elite students belongs on the same scale as the fighters gathered for the actual Cell Games.

Pirozhki remains with Satan's entourage afterward as the true battle develops.

Mr. Satan is Pirozhki's martial-arts teacher and the champion whose reputation he represents.

Caroni is his fellow senior student.

Piiza manages and promotes him at the Cell Games.

Cell is the opponent who effortlessly demonstrates the limits of Pirozhki's conventional strength.
