Piiza is energetic, theatrical, excitable, and completely committed to presenting Mr. Satan and his students as the world's greatest martial artists.

She can turn even questionable claims into enthusiastic promotional material. Her confidence in Mr. Satan is sincere enough that she accepts many of his explanations for events that more experienced fighters would immediately recognize as implausible.

Piiza is nevertheless good at her actual profession. She understands publicity, presentation, and how to generate excitement around a fighter.

Piiza is not a martial artist and has no established ki techniques or supernatural abilities.

Her skills lie in promotion and management. She acts as an announcer, publicist, organizer, and media representative for Mr. Satan and his school, introducing fighters and explaining their supposed specialties to reporters.

Piiza arrives at the Cell Games with Mr. Satan, Caroni, and Pirozhki.

She enthusiastically introduces Caroni as an aerial-combat specialist and Pirozhki as possessing enormous physical strength. The official Dragon Ball profile records both promotional claims and her role in building excitement among the press.
