Nui Harime

Nui is cheerful, playful, sadistic, and deliberately unpredictable. She maintains an almost constant smile and speaks with childish enthusiasm even while threatening, injuring, or killing other people. Violence is entertainment to her rather than something that produces fear or remorse.

Her composure is difficult to break. Nui casually ignores rules and authority because she is accustomed to being powerful enough that few people can meaningfully punish her. Genuine anger emerges primarily when someone manages to damage her or interfere with something she considers personally important.

Nui is intensely loyal to Ragyou. Unlike many characters serving the Kiryuuin organization for political or practical reasons, Nui embraces Ragyou's goals and carries out her orders with enthusiasm.

Nui possesses strength, speed, reflexes, and durability far beyond those of an ordinary human. She can tear apart Life Fiber-enhanced uniforms directly and fight powerful opponents without wearing a Goku Uniform or Kamui.

She is also an extraordinarily skilled tailor. As REVOCS' Grand Couturier, Nui can manipulate Life Fibers with extreme precision. Her Mental Refitting technique allows Life Fibers to be sewn into a person's nervous system and used to influence their behavior.

Nui is eventually revealed to be a human-Life Fiber hybrid created within the Primordial Life Fiber. Her body can regenerate severe injuries, produce independent copies of herself, alter its appearance, and survive damage that would immediately kill a normal human.

Nui enters Honnouji during the Naturals Election and immediately disrupts the conflict between Ryuuko and the Elite Four. Her knowledge of Life Fibers and effortless combat ability establish her as a threat operating beyond Honnouji's normal hierarchy.

Nui reveals that she murdered Isshin Matoi and stole the purple half of the Rending Scissors, losing her left eye during the confrontation. The revelation drives Ryuuko into uncontrollable rage and a berserk transformation.

After Satsuki openly rebels against Ragyou, Nui remains one of Ragyou's principal agents. She participates in the takeover of Honnouji and works on the creation of Shinra-Kouketsu. Ryuuko later severs Nui's arms with the Rending Scissors, preventing her Life Fibers from regenerating them normally.

Nui ultimately completes Shinra-Kouketsu by sacrificing her own body and merging her Life Fibers into the garment for Ragyou.

Ragyou Kiryuuin is Nui's leader and the person to whom she displays unwavering devotion. Ragyou is also Nui's creator, having produced her as a human-Life Fiber hybrid within the Primordial Life Fiber.

Ryuuko Matoi becomes Nui's most personal enemy. Nui murdered Ryuuko's father and took one half of his Rending Scissors, while Ryuuko later retaliates by severing Nui's arms at the Life Fiber level.

Isshin Matoi encountered Nui before the main story. Nui killed Isshin after fighting him for the Rending Scissors, although he managed to destroy her left eye during their battle.

Satsuki Kiryuuin openly dislikes Nui's disregard for Honnouji's authority. They become direct enemies once Satsuki launches her rebellion against Ragyou.

Rei Hououmaru serves Ragyou alongside Nui and assists the same REVOCS faction during the Life Fiber conflict.
