Natsumi is confident and competitive, entering her confrontation with Ikki convinced that her unconventional riding style gives her an advantage. She is comfortable using an opponent's hesitation and assumptions as part of her strategy.

Her confidence is shaken when Ikki finds a simple answer to Moon Walker rather than engaging with the dilemma she expects to create. She nevertheless takes the loss without becoming one of his persistent enemies.

Natsumi develops a mild attraction to Ikki after their encounter, contributing to the growing number of former opponents who become friendly toward him.

Natsumi's signature technique is Moon Walker, which allows her to ride skillfully while moving backwards. The technique changes the orientation of her attacks and makes her trajectory harder to read for riders accustomed to conventional forward movement.
