Mimosa Vermillion

Mimosa is friendly, compassionate, polite, and notably free of the contempt for commoners displayed by many royals. She evaluates people primarily through their actions and is quick to acknowledge talent regardless of social class.

Her politeness does not prevent her from being unexpectedly blunt. Mimosa can make observations about other people that sound insulting despite lacking malicious intent, something her cousin Noelle Silva experiences firsthand.

Mimosa develops romantic feelings for Asta after witnessing his determination and courage. Rather than simply admiring him from a distance, she uses those feelings as motivation to improve her own abilities so that she can stand alongside stronger fighters.

Mimosa uses Plant Magic, generating magical flowers and vegetation with a strong emphasis on healing and support. Her royal heritage gives her a large mana reserve, while training allows her to develop increasingly sophisticated applications.

Magic Flower Guidepost creates a large flower whose petals form a detailed map of the surrounding area and identify concentrations of magic. Dream Healing Flower Basket and Princess-Healing Flower Robe allow her to treat injuries, while later healing spells can restore multiple critically wounded people.

Mimosa also develops offensive Plant Magic rather than remaining exclusively a healer. After training in the Heart Kingdom, she learns Mana Method and later Ultimate Magic. Her Flower Princess Utopia becomes an exceptionally powerful recovery spell capable of rescuing people from otherwise fatal injuries.

Mimosa accompanies Yuno and Klaus Lunettes into the border dungeon, where they encounter Asta, Noelle, and Luck. Her reconnaissance magic helps the Golden Dawn navigate the dungeon before Mars attacks.

She later becomes an important support mage during the Royal Capital invasion and joins the Royal Knights. Her ability to locate enemies and heal wounded allies repeatedly allows stronger offensive Magic Knights to remain in battle.

Mimosa subsequently trains in the Heart Kingdom alongside several Clover Kingdom mages. Her advanced healing becomes crucial during the Spade Kingdom conflict, particularly after she learns Ultimate Magic from the elves.

Kirsch Vermillion is Mimosa's older brother. She is accustomed to his extreme vanity and has little hesitation about criticizing him.

Noelle Silva is Mimosa's cousin and childhood companion. Mimosa sincerely admires Noelle's persistence even though her blunt comments can easily irritate her.

Asta becomes Mimosa's romantic interest after the dungeon mission. She admires his courage, determination, and willingness to protect others.

Yuno and Klaus Lunettes are Mimosa's Golden Dawn teammates and accompany her on her first major mission shown in the series.

Mereoleona Vermillion, Fuegoleon Vermillion, and Leopold Vermillion are members of Mimosa's extended royal family.
