Kitt

Kitt is energetic, inventive, curious, and intensely enthusiastic about machinery. She devotes much of her time to creating devices for her allies, approaching technical problems with confidence and imagination.

Despite her youth, Kitt combines creativity with practical engineering ability. The Springans' chaotic enthusiasm suits her well, giving her an environment where unusual machines and explosive experiments are readily encouraged.

She remains connected to the Tri-Brigade despite living with the Springans. Her work benefits both groups, reflecting the close alliance between the people who raised and protected her.

Kitt's greatest established ability is mechanical engineering. She designs, repairs and modifies machines for the Springans and Tri-Brigade and is recognized as an exceptionally talented inventor.

Her association with the Springans gives her access to their mobile fortress and numerous mechanical constructs used to cross and fight within the Great Sand Sea. Unlike the soot-born Springans themselves, Kitt operates as their mechanic rather than sharing their unusual physical nature.

Her card, Tri-Brigade Kitt, also places her mechanically within the Tri-Brigade archetype, while later cards depict her inventions and changing role across the wider storyline.

Kitt was entrusted by the Tri-Brigade to the Springans and grows into the treasure hunters' mechanic. She is already established among them when Albaz and Ecclesia arrive in Gold Golgonda seeking refuge.

She introduces the travelers to the Springans and their leader, Sargas, becoming one of the first members of the group with whom they directly interact. Her connection to the Tri-Brigade helps bridge the newcomers with their potential allies.

Kitt becomes increasingly important as the conflict expands beyond Gold Golgonda. Her inventions contribute to the resistance against the forces threatening the different peoples encountered throughout Albaz and Ecclesia's journey.

Her engineering eventually produces increasingly ambitious machines associated with the Spright and Therion conflicts, demonstrating that her role in the story extends far beyond simply maintaining Springans equipment.

Ferrijit is Kitt's older sister and one of the founding figures associated with the Tri-Brigade. Although Kitt lives with the Springans, her connection to Ferrijit keeps her closely tied to the Tri-Brigade.

Shuraig is one of the Tri-Brigade leaders connected to Kitt and the alliance that entrusted her to the Springans.

Sargas is the leader of the Springans and the person to whom Kitt was entrusted. She works as a mechanic among Sargas's treasure-hunting group in the Great Sand Sea.

Ecclesia and Albaz meet Kitt after reaching the Springans. Kitt helps connect Ecclesia and Albaz with the group whose protection they have been sent to seek.
