Kingusa

Very little individual characterization is established for Kinugasa. He appears primarily as a working member of the Monster Sweeper crew rather than as the focus of an independent subplot.

His participation in the opening disposal operation nevertheless establishes him as one of the regular workers accustomed to the difficult physical conditions surrounding kaiju cleanup.

Kinugasa has no established supernatural powers or Defense Force combat abilities. His known professional expertise lies in kaiju disposal.

His muscular build suits the physically demanding nature of Monster Sweeper's work, but canon does not establish specialized techniques or unusual abilities for him.

Kinugasa appears at the beginning of the series after the Third Division neutralizes Philinosoma. He and his Monster Sweeper colleagues observe the aftermath before beginning the process of dismantling and disposing of the kaiju's corpse.

His role is primarily part of the series' early world-building, showing the workforce that handles kaiju remains after the Defense Force's battles have ended.

Kafka Hibino is Kinugasa's coworker at Monster Sweeper Inc. during the opening portion of the story.

Mizoguchi supervises Kinugasa and the other Monster Sweeper employees.

Masahide Tokuda, Hiroto Mori, Ichitaka Miike and Yoshimura are fellow members of Kinugasa's cleanup crew.
