Katsumi Nakase

Fubuki is sociable, energetic and comfortable performing in costume. Her boyish charm is a significant part of her popularity as a cosplayer, though she has interests and vulnerabilities beyond the image she presents at events.

She readily participates in Mayuri's gatherings and becomes comfortable around the laboratory's members. Unlike the central scientists, she has little understanding of the extraordinary forces surrounding them.

Fubuki has no supernatural abilities or specialized scientific training. She is an experienced cosplayer and participates actively in the hobby with Mayuri and their friends.

She displays a phenomenon resembling Reading Steiner when world-line changes leave her with dreams or impressions connected to histories she should not remember. Unlike Okabe, however, she cannot consciously preserve a complete previous world line.

Fubuki becomes more prominent during Steins;Gate 0, when she and Kaede regularly spend time with Mayuri and the laboratory members. She participates in social gatherings including the Christmas party.

Her apparently ordinary life unexpectedly intersects with world-line phenomena.

After a world-line shift, Fubuki experiences severe memories resembling events from another history and is hospitalized. Her symptoms provide further evidence that Okabe's perfect Reading Steiner is not the only way memories can persist across reconstructed world lines.

Mayuri Shiina is Fubuki's friend and fellow cosplayer.

Kaede Kurushima is another member of Fubuki's cosplay circle.

Yuki Amane is part of the same group of friends surrounding Mayuri.

Rintarou Okabe becomes aware of Fubuki's unusual experiences because of their similarity to world-line memories.
