Inuyama

Inuyama takes considerable pride in his team and reacts strongly when its name or emblem is challenged. This initially puts him in conflict with Ikki, who does not fully understand the significance of Storm Rider territory and team stickers when the two first meet.

Beneath his intimidating behavior is a strong sense of responsibility toward his companions. Inuyama prefers taking punishment himself to exposing members of his team to harm. His willingness to accept defeat without carrying a permanent grudge also distinguishes him from more vindictive Storm Riders.

Once his rivalry with Ikki is resolved, Inuyama becomes a reliable supporter rather than repeatedly attempting to reclaim his former position.

Inuyama is classified as a B-Class Storm Rider, although the series does not establish a named Road for him. His fighting style combines Air Treck mobility with straightforward physical attacks.

His most recognizable attack is a headbutt performed with his doglike helmet or unusually hard hair. Despite its comic presentation, the impact can cause significant damage.

He is also capable of using high-speed aerial movement for rescue. Later in the story, Inuyama dives from above while disguised as a grim-reaper-like figure to intercept Ikki during a fall, redirecting him toward a surface and reducing the danger of the impact.

Inuyama appears during Ikki's earliest encounters with organized Storm Riders. Simca steals a Rez Boa Dogs sticker and leaves Ikki in possession of it, causing Inuyama to interpret the situation as a challenge to his team.

Their confrontation introduces Ikki to the importance of team emblems, territory and challenges within Storm Rider culture. After losing to Ikki and the dissolution of Rez Boa Dogs, Inuyama does not remain an enemy. He becomes one of several former opponents who support Ikki as his influence within the A-T world grows.

During the conflict surrounding Genesis's aircraft carrier, Inuyama joins other riders previously defeated by Ikki in helping him reach the battlefield. He later watches and supports Ikki during the concluding struggle at Trophaeum Tower.

Itsuki Minami begins as Inuyama's opponent over the Rez Boa Dogs emblem. After their battle, Inuyama becomes one of Ikki's recurring allies and eventually assists him during the conflict with Genesis.

Simca causes Inuyama's initial confrontation with Ikki by taking the Rez Boa Dogs sticker and leaving it with him.

Tokudawara Gonzo, leader of the Kintetsu Bulls, is a longtime friend of Inuyama. The two remain part of the wider network of Storm Riders surrounding Kogarasumaru.
