Igii

Igii is deceptive but strongly loyal to Banna. Although willing to participate in fraud, he becomes genuinely concerned when his partner is captured and is prepared to risk himself attempting a rescue.

Igii relies primarily on deception and acting rather than notable ninjutsu. He successfully poses as a law-enforcement figure when helping Banna escape Naruto's custody.

Igii and Banna stage encounters in which Banna claims to have defeated Naruto, exploiting the real Naruto's fame following Pain's attack on Konoha.

When Banna is later captured by mercenaries who mistake him for a valuable missing-nin, Igii seeks help from Naruto's group and eventually attempts the rescue himself.

Banna is Igii's partner and the person for whom he risks himself when their scheme goes wrong. Naruto Uzumaki initially exposes their deception but later becomes involved when the pair face genuine danger.
